BSDF advanced hammer mill is our latest advanced hammer mill set.It combines coarse crusher,middle fine milling and fine milling area(3 milling areas) together.Material will be milled three times at the same time.
It has a good grinding effect for all kinds of spice(such as chilli, turmeric, coriander seeds), of course, for some other food materials(like chickpea, cassava, animal feed,herbs..etc), the grinding effect is also good.
Working method:
The materials which need to be crushed are fed through the top-installed feeding hole, and are sucked into the coarse crushing area for coarse crushing by the negative pressure of the fan. Coarse crushed big granules are transported into the secondary crushing area for the second grinding. The granules after secondary crushing will separate coarse and fine particles through classifying wheel. Then granules meet fine grinding will be crushed in the fine crushing area. Big granules not meet fine grinding remain in the secondary crushing area to crush again. Under the blower impeller, the powder which is crushed in the fine crushing area will be discharged from the crushing cavity by the negative pressure of the fan, and enter into the cyclone separator. Fine powder will be discharged through the electric rotary valve at bottom of the separator. Dusty gas is delivered into the dust collecting box. Finally, the cloth bag inside the dust collecting box will collect powder, while the clean gas would be discharged from the fan outlet.
Main features:
1) Tradition hammer mill needs sieve in mill chamber,but BSDF doesn't need it.
2) Traditional hammer mill makes a lot heat in mill chamber, but BSDF resolve this problem.
3) Commone hammer mill cannot grind big material directly, but our BSDF can, becuase it adopts 3-stage grinding. it can be fedwith big material in.
4) Common hammer mill, cannot very very fine powder, especially for spices, but our BSDF can grind spices into 20~80 mesh,and some food into 150 mesh.
Main components:
1. Crusher part:It consists of coarse crusher,middle fine milling and fine milling area together.
2. Cyclone part:cyclone can seperate dust from powder(granules).Rotary valve make powder discharge speed even,and is also made of stainless steel.It is convinent to clean and dismantle.
3. Pulse Dust Collecting box:dust is collected inside the dust collecting box.Inside box, there are many dust collecting bags and the bag frames are also made of stainless steel and can be disassembled easily.With pulse-jet cleaning, dust can be collected very conviniently.
